Subject: Collective Impact Board update

Kia ora koutou

We are getting in touch to update you on the progress of the Collective Impact Board. As you will know the Ministry of Social Development was responsible for establishing the Collective Impact Board in response to recommendation 26 of the Royal Commission of Inquiry Report.

The Board was set up in May 2021, and since then, they have had two meetings. The Board is still in the early stages of forming their work plan and priorities for the rest of the year, which includes identifying the best way to reach out to the community.

You can expect the Board to be communicating regularly with you over the next few months to update you on their workplan.
